Hi! here is another book of pathophysiology. This small book condense everything. You get a nice summary and very straight forward explanation of everything. Use this instead of the large textbook to get an overall picture and then go back to the big book if you want to dig deeper into the material.

Handbook of Pathophysiology by Elizabeth J. Corwin
The book presents a summary of physiology concepts for each body system, followed by an overview of important pathophysiology concepts related to 'alterations' in that body system. These pathophysiology concepts provide the necessary foundation for understanding the disease or injury states that are presented next in the chapter. This edition includes new illustrations, completely updated references, and new and updated content on genetics, neuroendocrinology, immunology, hemodynamic monitoring, cardiovascular compensatory mechanisms of shock, and more.
More than 100 illustrations and flowcharts clarify key concepts. Content includes fundamentals of cell homeostasis, cancer, infection, genetics, and fluids and electrolytes; cardiovascular, respiratory, nervous, gastrointestinal, musculoskeletal, hematologic, immune, endocrine, reproductive, renal, integumentary, and sensory systems; appendices, including a 16-page full-color section on the pathophysiology of selected diseases; an index and more.
